What are the steps in estate planning and when should you start the process?

ANSWER:

Start immediately – Much depends upon your estate knowledge or find an estate plan. Also, is a good resource.

Was becoming a millionaire more like climbing a ladder or walking through a battlefield; were there casualties along the way or physical strain on your body or some other transformation?

ANSWER:

In the process of wealth, you, personally, are largest mountain. This is why it is critical to seek a wealthy heart before a wealthy wallet.

 

QUESTION

Is there a decision you made that you wish you could tell your younger self to make sooner?

ANSWER:

Seek no partners.

 

QUESTION

In your walk with God and on the path of success God’s way, what was/is one of the most challenging things that you had to be aware of as success God’s way came/appeared in your life?

ANSWER:

Trust no one, but yourself and perhaps immediate family.

 

QUESTION

Where is the best place to learn about investing and stock?

ANSWER:

Nothing that you can trust. Experience is an expensive education. Stock is multi-level marketing. Be careful.

I’m assuming that God brought you to a place of financial prosperity. If so, what are (were) the biggest challenges you faced while overcoming a “struggling” mindset?

ANSWER:

Thinking is everything. Thoughts are seeds that the womb of your heart produces. You can think poverty; you will be poor. If you think wealth, you’re on your way.

Is investing in a company when one stock is low for some reason (e.g. CEO bad decision, bad analyst statement) hoping that the company will eventually come back a good investment plan?

ANSWER:

No, you don’t have enough information, and you never will.

How is the wealth of the wicked going to be laid up for the righteous?

ANSWER:

They are already laying it up. The “just” just haven’t figured out how to get it. It’s called financial literacy.

 

QUESTION

Once a person starts to learn God’s financial principles, what do you see as the most common things that keep them from receiving?

ANSWER:

A receiving heart, not a taking heart.

 

QUESTION

How do you know when and who to invest time and money into others?

ANSWER:

Never in a victim. They are often into victimized. Time is one thing, but money is another. Invest in something that has a return, not promised fruit.

 

QUESTION

Who do you hang out with?

ANSWER:

Power Principle #3 from my book, “Avoid the unlucky and unfortunate.” Hang with those who are going somewhere.

How do you identify your gift(s) and leverage it to make a wealth?

ANSWER:

Find something you like to do, do it better than anyone else, and someone will pay you for it.

What is a memorable/or favorite experience that comes to mind as far as God working through your finances, resources, and obedience to bless someone else?

ANSWER:

While buying and selling cars, I always sold them for a lesser price so I could be a blessing to the buyer. That was so much fun! We would go to an auction and buy three and give one away.

Is there something you wish you would have learned earlier that would have relieved you from self-imposed frustration or doubt?

ANSWER:

Trust no one, but your spouse and perhaps immediate family.

What is the most valuable thing you have learned walking with God at this point in your life? And what advice would you give us as we are believing, walking in faith, needing to become a millionaire God’s way?

ANSWER:

Relationships are more important than money. Experience the love of God, who you are in Christ, and that God wants you blessed.

If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be? (While on your journey to reaching your first big goal).

ANSWER:

Work hard but learn to work smart.

Looking back what are some of the things you would like to have known from the beginning that you believe would have had the biggest impact on your journey?

ANSWER:

More financial education and trust no one.

What advice do you have for an entrepreneur in “B” Quadrant business pursuing e-commerce business with an established training system?

ANSWER

Follow rules and regulations to the T because everything’s in writing.

I want millionaire status bud don’t know where to start. I believe I can but have no direction on how to! What would be your suggestions on where to start?

ANSWER:

Start with $5 and figure out how to make it $10 and you’re on your way.

What is the most impactful lesson that you learned in the first few years of business?

ANSWER:

How to be led by the Holy Spirit.

 

QUESTION

I understand that business (most) need capital to start, but doing business God’s way, would you advise the believer to borrow (loans, credit cards, angel investors, etc.)?

ANSWER

If I can make profit on borrowed money, I’ll do it all day long.

 

QUESTION

What have you learned in the process of becoming wealthy that others can learn from (what can others apply to become wealthy)?

ANSWER:

Buy low, sell high.

 

QUESTION

Can you tell me about the nature of the sacrifices you have had to make to get where you are?

ANSWER:

Do what you have to do, so you can do what you want to do.

 

QUESTION

I logically understand that we cannot earn favor and yet I have struggled for years in allowing wrong actions/decisions to affect my belief, which creates doubt. What is the connection between receiving and doubt?

ANSWER:

Lack of faith. By working the best at whatever you are asked to do, you will earn favor. Most people call it brown nosing.

 

QUESTION

If your bank account went to zero, what would be your first plan of action to build your empire back up? 

ANSWER:

Two jobs making seed.
