Welcome!
In 1998, Bishop John L. Benford and his wife, Pleshette, formed Valley harvest Ministries Inc. of Rogers, Arkansas, where he's senior pastor. He was elected into the bishopric of the convention of covenanting church of Los Angeles, California in 2000, where he serves as the fifth Jurisdictional Bishop.
He and his wife have been married for over 30 years and have been blessed with four beautiful children. His teaching ministry has led thousands to Christ and helped countless others to achieve the abundant life that Christ spoke of in John 10:10B.
What We Believe at VHM

We believe in the resurrection of the righteous unto rewards and wicked unto death until final judgment and everlasting torment.
VHM Believes...
We believe in the Trinity; God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost, and that they are one in mind and in purpose.
VHM Believes...
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God, and born of a miraculous virgin birth.
VHM Believes...
We believe in water baptism by immersion, which is the believers' first act of obedience. Symbolizing the death, burial, and the resurrection of Christ.
VHM Believes...
We believe in all gifts of the Spirit, and the operation of them in the body. We also believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
VHM Believes...
We believe that the bible is the inspired, infallible, and immutable word of God, and error less in its original text.
VHM Believes...
We celebrate the Lord's Supper on the first Sunday of each month, not as a sacrament, but as a memorial feast from which no sincere follower of Christ is excluded. Not denying the true Sabbath, but modeling the New Testament and apostolic example.
